Freetown è uno spazio aperto a tutti coloro che vogliono lasciare un messaggio, dire qualcosa, o esprimersi con un'opera. Chiunque può inserire un proprio progetto digitale, un'illustrazione, una foto o un'animazione. Ora anche la rete ha un suo muro su cui lasciare una tag, fare un murales, insomma farsi conoscere e visitare da un pubblico che non è più solo il viandante di una determinata via in una sola città, bensì farsi conoscere nel mondo.
What is Freetown?
Freetown is a space open to anyone who wants to leave a message, has something to say, or wants to express himself through an artwork. Anyone can insert his own digital project, illustration, photo or animation. Now even the web has its own wall where you can leave a tag, paint a mural, consequently making yourself known and visited by a public that is not just a passer-by in a single street of some city, but a world traveler.

Innanzi tutto è importante registrarsi. Dopo aver inserito i vostri dati, sulla vostra mail riceverete un messaggio di conferma ed un link che vi abilita all'inserimento. Ciccateci su e da quel momento siete dei writer di freetown. Quindi effettuate la login e nell'area download potrete scaricare il muro (dimensione fissa 632x304 pixel) sul quale scrivere o progettare la vostra opera.
How can I insert a work?
First of all it is important to register. After entering your information, you will receive and e-mail that will confirm your registration and that will provide you with a link that will enable you to insert your work. Click on it and you will automatically become a Freetown writer.Therefore log in and in the download area you will obtain access to downloading the wall (standard dimension 632x304 pixel) where you will be able to write or project your work.

Una volta uplodata l'opera bisogna aspettare l'attivazione da parte dell'amministratore del sito. La censura avviene solo per garantire a tutti noi un uso di freetown che non vada al di fuori di quelli che sono gli scopi artistici. Nella vostra pagina personale potrete però visualizzare lo stato di pubblicazione e gli eventuali motivi di respulsione.
Why is my work not showing on the wall?
Once you upload your work you will have to wait for it to get activated by the site administrator. Censorship will take place to guarantee all of us a use of Freetown that will not go beyond artistic means.In your personal page however, you will be able to check on the state of publication of your work and the eventual motives of banishment.

Solo gli utenti vip hanno la possibilità di espandere la loro opera anche sul marciapiede e nel cielo. Questo per far si che gli utenti più esperti abbiano la possibilità di spaziare nelle loro creazioni, mentre gli utenti meno esperti possano avere la possibilità di inserire le loro opere senza tanti sforzi.

The works on the wall are organized in chronological sense of insertion, but soon this will change in a search modality that will allow more variables in order to optimize the search according to the user's needs.
